thank you so much for your fast reply! I am still surprised every time about how quickly you respond to all questions. Thank you very much! I have gotten myself the Luke Nelson plan and will adjust it slightly.

Would you say that the volume correlates linearly to the length of the race? I will scale the running volume accordingly.
