I’ve been trialling the muscular endurance workout on a stairmaster. I tried to carry 75# in my pack to start with. At 24 SPM, which is the slowest speed the stairmaster can do, my HR was mostly in Zone 3, top end and touching into Zone 4. Should I lower my carry weight to bring it down to zone 2?

So sorry your question slipped down the forum and I didn’t see it. Ā Disregard HR in these weighted carry workouts.
