    • I’m building out my home gym since my time away from work/home/family is really limited. I am wondering if I should look for a good deal on a used stair stepper. Are they effective? There are the expensive ones that are effectively stairs that move like a treadmill (i think it’s called a stair mill) and then there are classic Stair Master styles that are more like two paddles you stand on that move up and down opposite each other. Beyond that there are elliptical and other things. The stair mill is likely outside my budget, but are these things worth it and do the non-stair mills work as well?
