Hi Scott

Thanks a lot for your feedback. So the AeT does not drift, thats what I needed to know.

 

For longer activities out in the terrain, I find it difficult to have your HR at the AeT, but not surpass it. Can a session like the one below be regarded as an okay training session or is it too much dipping into zone 3?
