Andy – thanks for the assurance! My goal is to  get back to where I was preinjury. I was setting up for an excellent season in 2024.

I’m hoping to find some modality that will help build or retain some of the endurance I already have although I can’t think of anything other than rowing or the arm bicycle thing. Any suggestions? Should I just resign to starting over when I can finally start jogging/hiking?
