Looks like lactate.com has Science of Winning (https://lactate-testing.myshopify.com/collections/all/products/the-science-of-winning) and also Amazon in electronic format.
As for Canova’s marathon book, I’ve got mine from iaaf.org, looks like now they are worldathletics.org. This was a couple of years back so I don’t know if they still have it. I will leave the name and email of the person I talked to in case someone is interested.
