    Hey All,

I’m curious on your thoughts on determining AeT by using HR from a longer race? In running, AnT/LT2 is often defined as 60-min race pace, is there a race time equivalent for AeT? Obviously, we can’t race a marathon every few weeks to re-establish our zones, but I’m wondering how to use data from a recent race to update thinking about training zones.

    All with chest strap:
Current AeT: 155 (treadmill HR drift test)
    Marathon HR: 176 avg (191 max) (2:59)
    Half-marathon HR: 182 avg (190 max) (1:15)
    Max recorded HR: 201

I was thinking of retesting AeT at 160bpm, but given my marathon HR, I’m wondering whether I’ve been significantly underestimating my AeT.

    Cheers!
