Which Training Plan to use

    Hello,

    I am wondering what training plan(s) I should utilize for my goals next season:

    June 1 – 50k Ultra race with 5,500′ vert

    July 1-15 – Mountaineering in Peru, climbing multiple peaks with some technical ice sections, and a 20,000′ peak snow climb

     

    Would you recommend the 24 Week Mountaineering or the 20 Week First Ultra plan?

    Sorry I didn’t see this question earlier.

    Use the 24 week mountaineering plan and do the aerobic workouts running.
