This training plan is designed for an athlete that has a previously established aerobic base and consistent training history who needs to return to peak performance within 2-4 months. This plan is designed to be used in conjunction with, and preferably after the athlete has completed the Foundational. This Plan can be used by an athlete that has a high level of fitness with an established aerobic capacity that is returning from training such as SERE or SUT and needs to be prepare for the Special Forces Standards Events within the next 6-8 weeks, during the MOS phase of the SFQC.
This training plan focuses on improving the aspects required to be competitive in PFT, 2 minute HRPU, Max time plank, 2 Mile Run and Pull-ups and 12 Mile Ruck with a 45 pound pack.
This plan is also ideal for those in Special Operations or other Combat Arms positions who are returning from the completion of a military school, Joint Readiness Training Center or National Training Center rotation or other military TDY/ Temporary Duty Assignment where you were either unable to train at all or very little for the previous 3-6 weeks and need to prepare for physical assessments.
