Your Best Ski Season Is Yet to Come
Strong days in the mountains start in the gym. SkiFit is a progressive, video-based strength program designed by renowned physical therapist Neil Maclean-Martin for Evoke Endurance. Neil has spent decades treating and training mountain athletes at his clinic in Chamonix, France, and built this full progression of stability, balance, mobility, and strength so you can move with confidence and resilience on your next mountain objective.
Train at home or in the gym, with minimal gear — the program covers:
- Lower-body strength and power — for long climbs and big vertical days
- Stability and balance — to stay in control on technical, variable descents
- Core strength and trunk control — that holds together when you're tired and exposed
- Mobility and range of motion — to move freely under load
- Injury resilience — correcting the imbalances a season of skiing builds in

“The form coaching is incredible. I finally understand how to do these exercises correctly, and I can feel the difference in my skiing.”

-
Each workout runs 25–65 minutes, and the program is designed to be done about twice a week — so it fits alongside your skiing, training, and the rest of your life.
-
Yes. SkiFit has difficulty levels built in, starting at Level 0 with no equipment. You'll get clear coaching on proper movement from the ground up, and the program tells you when you're ready to advance — so you build a solid foundation whether it's your first touring season or your tenth.
-
Yes. SkiFit is built first for backcountry and uphill skiers who need to be strong on the climb and in control on the descent. But it's all-purpose mountain strength — trail runners, alpinists, climbers, and anyone who moves under their own power in the mountains will benefit, and it makes an excellent off-season strength block.

As soon as you subscribe, you'll get immediate access to a members' portal where you can log in and stream every workout, on any device, anytime. Yes. Both monthly and annual plans can be cancelled anytime. You'll keep access through the end of your current billing period.

Both plans give you the exact same full access to the program — the only difference is price. Monthly is the most flexible if you want to train for a single season or try it out. Annual costs less per month and is the best value if you plan to train year-round, including your off-season. You can start monthly and switch later if you're not sure.
