Steve Swenson

Scott Johnston is joined by life-long alpinist, Steve Swenson. Steve is the winner of two Piolet d’Or awards, the Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Alpine Club, and author of the book Karakorum . They discuss their early climbing exploits, Steve’s most memorable ascents, and his involvement in the development of essential infrastructure for people in the Karakorum region.
