Meet the author: Kylee Toth

Kylee Toth is a Canadian National Team veteran speed skater and ski mountaineer racer. She has competed at three world championships and was the top-ranked woman in Canada for eight years. Now focused on ski mountaineering, she aims to represent Canada at the 2026 Olympics. Kylee is also passionate about health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Luke Nelson blends a lifelong passion for mountain sports with a deep understanding of human physiology. He's also a Physician Assistant specializing in orthopedics and wilderness medicine, bringing a unique perspective to coaching. Luke combines his personal experience with proven training techniques to help athletes explore the limits of their potential.
