Hi both, I’ve bought ‘Periodisation’ by Bompa as well as ‘Training and Physiology’ by Davis, both of which I’m a huge fan of. I also printed Davis’ summary of Canova, which I’m also working my way through. Perfect recommendations and exactly the type of writing I was looking for, so thank you!

Scott, to add onto Radu’s point, ‘Science of Winning’ is available on lactate. It’s also available on ‘F&G Partners’ (partnersinsports.be), a Dutch website, which I had to order from as I’m based in the UK. In order to buy the book you have to send a bank transfer (instead of simply purchasing online), which seems unsafe and a bit odd, but they’re not scammers and they’re totally safe (just in case anyone else is sceptical around the validity of this website)!
