Trouble using Trainingpeaks

    Hi all,

    I wanted to start my Mountaineering 24 weeks plan today. I am having real trouble to get started. I connected my Garmin with trainingpeaks (basic account) and there is no sync of workouts. I see no Garmin logo in my account.

    I checked everywhere in the internet, in youtube videos to get some support on this. But no luck. This is very frustrating not to get any support. Do I need to create manual workout and transfer to Garmin?

    Secondly, the analyze button is disabled for me. Do I still need to do Heart rate drift test? I am clueless and seeking support here. Utterly overwhelmed with the technical difficulties here and annoyed for being delayed to start the plan unless the problem is solved.

    I am having the exact same problem. I was planning to start today but that is going to be delayed due to the issues being able to use the program. Any help is appreciated!

    Guys:

    Sorry for your troubles using TP.  I recommend contacting TP customer support so you can address specific details.  I don’t know what the problems are that are causing you so much trouble but hundreds of people each month buy training plans and I have never heard these complaints.  In the end this is way above my pay grade and all I can offer is to contact TP help.  Do this by clicking on Training Peaks in the upper right hand corner of you calendar and submit a help ticket.
