I’m currently working through the military athlete program. Is there a general approach or resources that anyone can recommend to help manage TrainingPeaks schedules? I’m an airline pilot and work the back side of the clock/circadian rhythm and have to frequently slide workouts a day or two, make up strength workouts on rest days, etc. Any recommendations or best practices on how to maximize TrainingPeaks’s (admittedly, it’s new to me) capabilities to track and analyze the program?
