    I am training for long distance cross country skiing which is very hilly, in pour conditions and 85+ km. Are there any special considerations not highlighted in Training for the Uphill Athlete that would be beneficial for my training. I’ve been using more of an ultra running training plan with workouts with skiing in mind.
