    Hi,

My 24 month plan ends on 16th of June 2024.

I have following climbs in plan:
    – 20-22nd of June 2024  (3798m, 12460 feet)

    – 27-30th of June 2024 (4000m, 13123 feet) and right after that 1-2nd of July Mt.Blanc (4,809m, 15777 feet).

What do you recommend that I do (training) in periods: 17th-20th of June and 23rd-26th of June

Should I just recover/stretching, or do zone 2 running?

What do you generally do if climb gets pushed back, do you just prolong ME workout phase?

    Thank you!

    Luka

My recommendation will be to do only very light exercise during 17-20June.  For 23-26 June I recommend rest and eat.

If you have been training well a bit more rest will be the best thing you can do to help with success on your climbs.

If the climb gets pushed back a few days then you can just do some more Z1-2 runs.  No ME. If it is pouched back a few weeks then you should go back to training and adding more ME is a good way to maintain that most important quality.

    Scott
