I have am doing the 16 week Mountaineering training. I have it set to end on June 11th and will be climbing Mt Baker June 16th.  What should I do to adjust the program?  I don’t want my taper ending 5 days early.  Can I just add on a couple of work outs from week 14/15 so that the taper aligns with my departure date?  Thanks!

These extra days might act as a buffer if you miss some workouts between now and June. If you are in June and still have extra days, add some easy aerobic workouts as part of the taper. Be cautious about overdoing it close to your departure. More rest is better than more training before you leave.
