    In a couple of weeks I will finish the 24W MTP and I don’t have a specific mountain that I will climb. My mountain goal is not until 2026. How should I continue training with this plan? should I start again from the beginning?

    Hi, also had the same concern. Also, would it be possible to do both the Mountaineering Max Strength (to build strength) and the ME Uphill Weighted Hikes (to build endurance) together, for example, both workouts being done in the same week? Would love to hear back, thanks!
