    Sorry if this has been covered, but what is the benefit of doing the ME gym exercises in a 6×10 structure versus, say, a 4×15 or even 2×30? Part of this is a time efficiency question, but I’m also curious for exercises like step ups in particular where it takes a number of reps to reach fatigue in a given set.

    There are many ways to develop muscular endurance.  The program we use has proven itself to be effective but yours will work too.
