Drift test interpretation

    warm up to HR 125-130 for about 15 total minutes

    Start 60 minutes –
    First 30 min – avg HR 127, max 133

    second 30 min – avg HR 135, max 145

    treadmill @ 20% walking

    I was able to nose breathe throughout

    What is my target heart rate for Aerobic Base training?

    I think I figured out, I listened to a couple podcasts and found the YouTube video on how to interpret results. Very helpful. Thanks
