warm up to HR 125-130 for about 15 total minutes
Start 60 minutes –
First 30 min – avg HR 127, max 133second 30 min – avg HR 135, max 145
treadmill @ 20% walking
I was able to nose breathe throughout
What is my target heart rate for Aerobic Base training?
