I’m coming up on the final month of training for my mountain hunt and the 24 week expedition plan has been awesome. I was considering adding in 30-45 minutes before or after my uphill ME session of an upper/core grind like get-ups and keg lifts with sandbags and kettlebells and higher repetition calisthenics to simulate processing a 700 lb animal alone, ie picking up and moving 50-60# quarters, putting on and taking off a 80# pack several time. Would you recommend doing this coupled with my ME workout? And if so would you recommend doing this before or after?
