Thank you for the reply. I ended up consulting with a coach since I had some other questions as well. Andy was very helpful!
For clarification on the original question:
-I started the first ultra plan last ~October
-After the first 4 week block, I ended up deciding to aim for a later race and work on my base longer. Added a few months of pure base work.
-Jumped back into the plan at week 5, but the race I chose takes place 2 weeks earlier than the plan “Race Day”, so I needed to cut out two weeks / fast-forward the remainder of the plan.
