+1 I have this same question. There are a few items in the video (and previous UpHill Athlete post) that are no longer linked in the PDF from the 24-week mountaineering course. Such as:
- Killer push-ups
- Hanging leg raises
- Side Planks
Should we no longer do the above? Just trying to figure out if I’m going to light.
Similar question for the General Strength exercises which no longer include:
