My AeT is in the low 160s and my LT is in the low 170s. I think that’s not so unusual for someone with a fairly well developed aerobic system.

I have no idea what my max is, as I’ve never tried. I’ve seen it near 180, but could probably go a bit higher if I had a good reason…
