    Figured I’d post here since mountain hunting is most related to mountaineering. I was wanting to get feedback for my training outline for my upcoming ME period. Any tips and or changes appreciate. One note I typically train 7 days a week with multiple am/pm sessions mostly for recovery.

    I think this looks quite reasonable regarding keeping up the aerobic base training volume when doing the ME period.
