He transitioned this passion into life and ran for four years at the Division I level in Cross-Country and Track and Field within the United States.
After school Vince joined the Army where he entered Special Operations and found a world ripe with challenges. In 2021 Vince won the US Army Best Ranger Competition with his Ranger Buddy Al, and since has dedicated his time into spreading the knowledge he has for preparing Soldiers for the realities of their jobs. Vince specializes in the preparation for various countries’ Military Selections and is a proponent of developing sound tactical athletes. Vince also enjoys developing the training for athletes looking to enter the races they once believed impossible. He is a believer in the capacity of athletes to accomplish the extraordinary when the preparation is right and strives to deliver the highest quality training through an athlete led approach.
Vince is the father to two young daughters and has an incredible wife who holds their world together. Vince has run 50 miles in 6:16, the Marathon in 2:27:51, and the 5K in 14:17. His love for the trails has taken over recently and he continues to look for the next hardest challenge he can find.
